im half white half cuban.
i mean as much as i act like an african american...
and live in flatbush brooklyn...
i would never say it.
its disrespectful and very offensive towards them.
i wouldnt say it even if i had permission.
and some racist white folk who do say it...makes me feel
half guilty for being half white.

Fat Joe like most Puerto Ricans and Latinos are either part black or Native Americans which means they went through the struggle of being a person of color. Fat Joe ain't white just look at Big Pun you'll see the African in him.

I don't know if this is still going on,but I'm mixed race from England.I heard the song, I though how can he say that? To me its EXACTLY the same as a white person saying it as he is white,I don't know anyone Puerto Rican but for a word thats used to discriminate black people how can a white person say it but Eminem can't. Also everyone saying its ok to say N**** but not N***** which is fine when we write it. How the hell can someone notice the difference in the street?to me the word is N***** end of and is it so hard to say something else?I'm not from the hood,but when i talk to my mates who are mainly white,which may be how i've come at this from a different angle,I don't say hey honky!I know its different but pretty similar!

Fat Joe can say N**** cuz he's Ricans and most of them are mixed. If you know about PR you'd know that Africans have been there for years and intermingled with spaniards and native americans just like in DR, Panama, Brazil, etc...

Joes rican. I'm from spanish harlem, we all grew up together. Plus he's a minority. Ppl look at it that way. I'm a real n**** its just a f***** word no matter who says it. S**** actually funny to me. But see here's your f*** up number one, look how you spelled it, and look how the other white kid spelled it. But he's a lil fly at the mouth. He sayin hell say it all he want. Some niggas ain't like me. And he go around thinkin s*** nice he gonna be sayin that s*** wit a wired mouth lol. Just be aware of how you say it, and who you're around. That's a powerful word to some ppl and could potentially get you f***** up.

But yea. Its just a word nuffin more to me. Bottom line, History has told whites why they can't say it. ya predicessors f***** that one up for you guys lol. ROYALLY.

I could be classified as "Latina" or "Hispanic" but I was raised Black and the tones in my skin are darker than most light skinned people. It just happens my skin is caramel and my hair is thinner than regular Black chick hair. But...don't get it twisted. I live a Black life and it's no way we could ever renounce that s*** and have white privilege like Eminem. Any time he feels like he wants to stop acting like that, he can put on some cargo pants and live like a white man. A rich white man at that.
I can't do that. My sons can't do that. Nobody in my family can do that. My grandfather is Black, straight up and down. My grandmother on my mother side is Filipina but she is darker toned than most light skinned people. We have straight hair but we are Black. And we're from Quezon/Manila, the poorest part of of the Phiilipines on that side and DR, the poorest part of the West Indies, next to Haiti on my father's side. And half his family is really Haitian that came to DR. So we can't even front.
It's probably like that for Fat Joe too.
His skin is light but this n**** couldn't ever just transition to white. Did you ever hear that song "That N**** S***" by Big Pun? That was some real n**** s*** he was talking. That was a record for "straight, uneducated, dumb m************", lol. You can't go from that to white, ever.

We just say n**** like friends now a days its a new generation that we know about but the old school wont exsept! But who cares everyone has names! Cracker s*** C**** Habeeb when any gets mad they say whatever sometimes but just messing around black people know the differnce!! Well my black friends in NY know maybe down south its crazy racist! But every black is really from the south! Us white from NY just got here! Yo its not a black thingthat people wanna be in that case why do all black speak & wear all our clothes really they been mocking us Italians for years & no one says s*** but the Mafia! How many blacks think their Italian or wait how many Ricans think their really Latin ! Really their Latino not half black like most think they are native like Cotto! Indian & Spanish is what makes Ricans! Spanish European is real Latin in Spain they know ! Even Italians are Latin but in America blacks think we are all part black anyway when scentist already proved the first humans were really from Australia & not Africa soooo ooooppps wrong again!
