50 Cent-Low Sales & G-Units Future
Look I'm a 50 Cent/G-Unit fan all day but leaks are not an excuse for poor sales. The Carter 3 was all over the place and it still sold a milli in a week. What it all boils down to is that 50 Cent, G-Unit as whole, are not as popular as they once were. A fews years back people everywhere had 50 music in they car, now hardly anyone does. Think about it he released Get up, I Get It In, Ok Ya Right with little success on the radio or the charts. Finally when Baby By Me released he got a few fans attention, but by then a lot of people made up their minds that the album would be an average album and decided not to buy it. Instead of making excuses own up to it. He talked about everyone elses sales but now his own are not on point. Focus on the music and not talking about Jay-Z in every interview. Don’t get me wrong I thought BISD was a decent album but Get It Hot, Gangstas Delight, Hold Me Down, Death to My Enemies were kinda weak in my opinion.
Lately he more focused on Beanie Sigel and Jay-Z. Stay out of those guys business man. He wants to sign Sigel and he's paying more attention to him then the beast he has on his roster now(Lloyd Banks). Banks' mixtapes have been nothing but heat and he hasn't been able to put out an album since like 06 and it's almost 2010! I mean damn i know Banks tired of 50 not givin him a chance to shine.
Then you have the Young Buck situation. Yeah Buck got outta pocket by saying he wasn't gettin paid but recording his phone call, come on man. That s*** rubbed a lot of niggas the wrong way. Callin him a junkie and s*** on the album. Same thing wit Buck his mixtapes been ill for those that are still listening to his music. Let that man back in G-Unit to release a record, or let him go so he can do something productive wit his career. He straight holdin the n**** back.
Basically it is what it is 50's music career is on the decline as far as sales are concerned. So what he needs to do is get his crew back right. Redefine his career musically and stop getting himself involved in drama all the damn time.

50 cant spit like wayne. Point blank. 50 cant spit like Jay. Point blank. Gangsta rap is played out. Point blank. Encouraging young an impressionable fools to kill and sell crack is played out. Niggas are aspiring to be legally rich. Even corprate. 50 needs to change his subject content and then spit it wid style.

It's coz gangster rap is dying again, maybe not in some places.. but by 50 only putting out a female song like Baby By Me, it just doesn't work.. I know he put Crime Wave on the net.. but only the net. He needs to be making more videos like he did with his last 3 projects.. he's gotten lazy with the videos.

BISD's singles is what killed it for me. It took them atleast a month to put every single on itunes an another month to make the video. And the singles never really matched what BISD is about, which gives people the wrong impression about the album.

the amount of time in which a record leaks an how ur label distributes it after helps u recover some of ur sales.....in 50 case his album leak internationally an in the states 2weeks before itunes release an 3weeks before actual album release..... lil wayne album leak 1week before it was out..eminem leaked 2weeks before it was out an jay-z 1week before it was out.. so the actual sales are good consider it was out damn near a month before time... an is still currently sellin as if it jus came out.. mega stores jus put it out on the 23rd

yea its still gona sale thats y im like y everybody trippin like this s*** been out in stores 4 months but he do need to stop sayin the leake is the reason the sales are low b/c if u a true fan ur gonna buy it when it comes out instead of d/l it but i guess u mite could say it played a part but 50 himself is the reason. he not promoting s*** like he use to he use 2 when all his s*** stayed on tv and radio and in tha streetz he worryin bout otha s*** and niggaz instead of focusing on him and tha click f*** game f*** buck cuz afta track 4 its obvious tha n**** aint f***** wit them no more but when was tha last time 50, banks, and yayo been on a track 2getha besides ill be tha shooter, where tha mixtapes at, where was tha videos at 2 the singles he dropped at the time??? if u drop a single than put tha video out a month or so later by that time some hot popshit to tha public done came out and aint nobody thinkin bout tha s*** 50 dropped.
