50 Cent-Low Sales & G-Units Future
Look I'm a 50 Cent/G-Unit fan all day but leaks are not an excuse for poor sales. The Carter 3 was all over the place and it still sold a milli in a week. What it all boils down to is that 50 Cent, G-Unit as whole, are not as popular as they once were. A fews years back people everywhere had 50 music in they car, now hardly anyone does. Think about it he released Get up, I Get It In, Ok Ya Right with little success on the radio or the charts. Finally when Baby By Me released he got a few fans attention, but by then a lot of people made up their minds that the album would be an average album and decided not to buy it. Instead of making excuses own up to it. He talked about everyone elses sales but now his own are not on point. Focus on the music and not talking about Jay-Z in every interview. Don’t get me wrong I thought BISD was a decent album but Get It Hot, Gangstas Delight, Hold Me Down, Death to My Enemies were kinda weak in my opinion.
Lately he more focused on Beanie Sigel and Jay-Z. Stay out of those guys business man. He wants to sign Sigel and he's paying more attention to him then the beast he has on his roster now(Lloyd Banks). Banks' mixtapes have been nothing but heat and he hasn't been able to put out an album since like 06 and it's almost 2010! I mean damn i know Banks tired of 50 not givin him a chance to shine.
Then you have the Young Buck situation. Yeah Buck got outta pocket by saying he wasn't gettin paid but recording his phone call, come on man. That s*** rubbed a lot of niggas the wrong way. Callin him a junkie and s*** on the album. Same thing wit Buck his mixtapes been ill for those that are still listening to his music. Let that man back in G-Unit to release a record, or let him go so he can do something productive wit his career. He straight holdin the n**** back.
Basically it is what it is 50's music career is on the decline as far as sales are concerned. So what he needs to do is get his crew back right. Redefine his career musically and stop getting himself involved in drama all the damn time.

every good thing must come to an end like 50s rap career, but its not really endin its just the general public gets bored of watchin and listenin to people all the time, untill another bandwagon comes along like lil wayne, he was new to the general public thats the only reason he sold a millie, just wait till his forth record from the one that sold a millie and then check his sales.
i hate to say it but bank$ will never be as near as big as 50, he is not media friendly, but if he gets a hot record for his next album he might get bigger in the US better he wont make it WW, lazy lloydis the PLK tho.
but buck still owes 50 $250,000 so when he pays up his debt, then he can think of an album under g unit records.

Yeah I understand that Banks won't get as big as 50. I'm saying give the man a shot to do something besides mixtapes.
As for Buck yeah he owe the man money but if he let the man get on with his rap career he might be able to get that money back to 50. Cause with Buck just sittin there he will never see that $250,000 come back.

i see wat your sayin bout buck but he was paid 50 helped him gettin millions and he done f***** it up and then he was bittin the hand that was feedin him, so he should make the money himself, make him understand s*** better. IMO

Nah yall missing the point, that was not a salute to Lil Wayne. It was an example of a record leaking and and still selling. S*** The Massacre even leaked early and still sold a million the first week. What i'm saying is that he should stop saying that is the reason for his low sales. What is going on is that he is not as popular as he once was. I just think it is time to change up the formula. The controversy thing is clearly not working anymore. He has been metioning Jay-Z in every interview lately, he's starting to sound like Game LOL. We all know Jay will not respond so quit it. Then on 106 & park he said he hung out wit Ross' kid because they put his son head on monkey picture. But before he said that was his reason for messing with Khaled's mom. Which one is it? Theres no need for hanging out with Ross' kid and Baby Mama. I'm just saying it is time to focus soley on the music and not having problems with other artist.
