An album cut that won't work as a mainstream or street single, but it's on the album.
It's like, the singles are like the movie trailer, but the album filler is the dialogue scene in the flick.

no no.. I explained it wrong. Any song on the album that isn't a single/ promo worthy is an album filler.
Album fillers are the songs that won't work that well on a wider scale, but the songs can be appreciated by the fans. When 50 says no album fillers, he means.. all of the songs on the album will carry their own weight on the team.

Not necessarily an album filler is more of track that is made in a time period that the artist is finding it difficult to generate well thought, well produced and meaningful music that suits that albums sound and the artists full potential because the time allocated to finish the album is too short! So you can't get to a point and say nah f*** it that song def don't fit the albums concept or you can't change the lyrics or master it properly because your unhappy with how the track came out! Like if you listen to GrODT or TM you couldn't really say you'd skip a song! Where as BISD you get to 'get it hot' and Curtis 'amusement park' and there's your filler! #SK
