50 Cent Says Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV Sales Are 'Suspect'

GlobalGrind caught up with the G-Unit general who is no foreigner to big opening week sales himself to ask on his thoughts on Lil Wayne’s recent 900,000 first week sales.

When asked about Weezy’s C4 sales 50 responded:

“To be honest with you, the Lil Wayne sales are a little suspect to me. Because it was trending 600,000 pieces that week. And they didn’t do a million copies, it was like 900,000.”

But 50 did have something positive to say about The previous album in Tha Carter series giving Wayne props by saying ”Tha Carter III was definitely hot. He did that.”

50 went on to say

“Tha Carter III commanded that energy, but the last one that just came out, those numbers are funny.”

1) You are from the uk, last I checked the album was number 1 in the USA and Canada so what you personally see has no relevance
2) Assuming each individual comes into contact with say 1000 people that they may hear or discuss music with per year (this is a very generous number) that means say 1000 people on here say they "never hear c4 songs being played) that means we can rule out 1 million Americans.
That is still over 300 million Americans not accounted for by our case evidence here.

Trying to project a nationwide buzz based off of personal evidence is moronic yet people do it.
The hits and highly publicized performance tell the true tale
Mic how u go from 240k fw to 1mill fw?

U fail to answer that question
Why do care so much about sells tho? When 50 flops sells dont matter but when Wayne doin numbers its suspect
Why 50 dont mind his own business?
@ Lucifer why dont u little f*** boy! U comin at people u dont know disrespecting them. Prop 13 year old not nuts dropped a** b****.
Well he's right.

"as the day goes by, the chances of 50 ever dropping an album gets more slim. it already looks bad that he's stuck on 5 albums while other artists keep growing. the downfall of his career was drastic."
