It all started with NEW DAY... a message with in a song signifying the return of 50 Cent - assisted with the good doctor Dr. Dre himself and the beautiful Alicia Keys.
mixed reviews from NEW DAY due to confusion with the song also released by Alicia Keys, and the tempo and sound of the song wasn't excatly the hardcore 50 Cent most fans were expecting after comin off of three mixtapes since the year end of 2011 (THE BIG TEN, GANGSTA GRILLZ: 50 CENT THE LOST TAPE, 5(MURDER BY NUMBERS))after the release of NEW DAY, the death of Chris Lightly and the low attention span of fans 50 releases MY LIFE with Eminem and Adam Levine from Maroon 5.
A lot of m********** been switching up since MY LIFE... not to say that everybody expressin their opinion since the last release been f***** with MY LIFE i'm just sayin ever since then is when the majority of doubters been acceptin 50's music. Since MY LIFE
I forgot FIRST DATE when i first made this thread but it plays it's role too so here it is
we've got MAJOR DISTRIBUTION
, WE UP
& now FINANCIAL FREEDOM
. If you've been followin along as much as me you can see the common response from each record has progressed more towards the positive feel than the negative. Each song is different than the last but have all gotten great feed back from the fans and haters alike... with that said i think it's safe to say 50 is on the right path back to the "topic in every barber shop and beauty salon" cuz n***** still ain't on the type of s*** he be on... with all the issues goin on with ross and the other n***** co signing homo activity it seems that the music industry is bout to be in a desparate need for the Kid 50 Cent and the type of music only he and the G-Unit can bring... i'm ready how bout you?

My life was cool, major distribution was okay, up sounds pretty good and financial freedom is great. Regardless of any of this, he is nowhere near "topic in every barber shopnand beauty salon". In fact (and I listen to the radio ALOT) aside from hearing new day twice, I haven't heard him AT ALL on the radio. He doesn't have even a fraction of the musical relevancy he used to have even in 07, let alone 03-05. Hell, he hasn't even had a moderate hit since baby by me. You are delusional if you think he has. Although his music has been generally okay (mostly average tracks with a few really good ones), he has a loooong ways to go before you can actually say he is back.

We Up got a decent response but the whole song never dropped and it still doesn't have a million views after almost two weeks (compared to Financial Freedom has almost a million in two days). We Up could have amounted to something but it's been two weeks now
Interscope obviously called the dude and told him not to waste it on Kidd Kidd. Did Mikey say 2 weeks without the release of the song was soooo fatal to the songs success? This dude is such a hairball.
