50 Cent "Baby By Me" featuring Ne-Yo debuts at #24 on Billboard Rap Charts this week. 50 also went from #93 to #73 on Billboard Hip Hop and R&B Charts within 5 days, making its way up the charts fast. It'll only be a matter on time when 50 hits Billboard Hot 100.

The Hot 100 is based on everything... every genre of music. So any rap or r&b song will touch those first then the hot 100
