There is no guarantees in life. If there were, we would all be hip hop artist. There is only room for a few in this business, the rest will just make enough to get by and feed their families.
If Kidd Kidd and Paris wanted heavy features and befriend the whole industry, they had a choice not to sign the contract with G-unit. They could of gone somewhere else. They believed in 50 cent vision so they sign. Just like all the artist you mentioned.
As a fan of hip hop music, I like to see artist being able to hold their own. I don't like hearing an album full of features. I think it devalues the artist. Well, that's my preference.

He burned his bridges with his own crew first Buck now Banks..Buck isnt disloyal. 50 and Buxk had a miscommunication if you take a good listen in that radio interview when he air Buck out and drop him the radio personal pressure him making it seem like Buck was moving like the Game he wasn't
The money got to his head his priorities isn't right he puts money first above his G-unit fam he was making more money when he chemistry and mutual respect to each other was equal had more love.
he drop Buck for Financial reasons signing terrible artists, giving 10 mill to Shawty i mean at the rate hes going right now hes gon end up broke his pride gon be his downfall.

There were NEVER BRIDGES BUILT

If there is one bridge he built that he constantly Challenges its Structure its with Diddy

Diddy was the first person to reach out to 50 after he got shot and offer him a job when He was being Black balled by the industry because they were scared of him

With that Said Diddy knows 50 is a hot Head with Money so him siding with 50s Enemies always makes 50 go at his neck and that causes friction between the 2

Other than that 50 didnt f*** with anybody in the biz minus the Team he signed with from the beginning so there were never any real bridges burned
